Unless otherwise stated, all products carry a Back To Base 2 year warranty.
This excludes our underground tanks, where manufactures warranty ranges between 15 and 25 years depending on the brand.
Rainwater Harvesting Ltd is a retail supplier of rainwater harvesting products. The company does not offer installation or service of products or systems supplied by the company. If any product is found to be faulty in parts or workmanship within two year of purchase we will offer to either repair or replace the product.
The warranty does not apply to recovery or other works related to installation. If we ask you to return the product to us we will credit you with the cost of return postage. We will ask for a description of the fault. The warranty does not cover normal ‘wear and tear’ that occurs in normal everyday use or damage sustained by misuse or use outside the manufacturer’s instructions or any costs connected with installation and fitting.
If we are unable to replace or repair the item for example, because the product is not available and the item is returned to the company, we will refund the cost of your purchase.
Warranties start from the date of delivery and cover products found to be faulty in parts or workmanship.
