I also wanted to pass on my personal thanks, your customer support has been fantastic. Far too often these days it is a utter fight to get companies to deal with product issues or even admit there is one. So credit to yourself and the rainwater team for taking care of things and making this whole situation form start to finish a pleasure not a pain.

It is early days in regards to the longevity of the system. But from the first calls with Rob where I was discussing the fact that the tanks would be freestanding under the house opposed to been buried, that it was an untested method of install, to this little issue with the pump. The whole process has been a pleasure, the confidence in your products is well founded.
