Tips for saving on your water bills…
- If undertaking a new build/renovation think about Rainwater Harvesting. This could potentially lower your water bills by around 50%
- Speak to your water company about fitting a free water meter. Households with a water meter fitted only pay for what they use and not a fixed amount.
- Try cutting your usage – refer to your water company about water saving gadgets. A lot of water companies supply these free of charge. Other things can be done such as keeping showers to 4 minutes and turning the taps off when brushing your teeth.
