Most full domestic systems have delivery to site included *.
One of our logistics team will work with you to ensure delivery is at a convenient time.
Due to the size of most underground tanks we need a couple of things to complete delivery:
The ability for a large vehicle to access your site, up to and including 40ft articulated lorries. If this is not possible, please let one of our logistics team know and we’ll endeavour to find a delivery vehicle that suits your requirements.
A team to help unload the delivery once on site. Some tanks are very heavy and may require lifting equipment or several people to safely unload. Our logistics team will work with you to find an appropriate time and date when either equipment or multiple people are on site. Someone on site to check the items and sign for them.
* This excludes Highlands and Islands where an additional surcharge will be added. Our sales/logistics team can help with costs and availability of Non UK mainland delivery. Please contact prior to ordering.
Products
Products incur a delivery charge and this will be shown either at the checkout when ordering online or one of our sales team will notify you.
The cost of delivery is calculated when you enter your delivery address at checkout. The amount payable will be shown before you commit to payment.
Most deliveries are sent via a carrier (such as FedEx or DPD Local). This means there must be someone on site to sign for the items. Please let us know if delivery may be an issue. We can add information to the carrier for example ‘leave in porch if no reply’ or ‘leave at No19 if no reply’
If the delivery fails twice because we are unable to hand over the parcel for signature or there is no additional information to help the carrier, the parcel will be returned to the local carrier depot and you will receive a card from them asking you to call. If you do not call or contact Rainwater Harvesting Ltd on 01733 405 111, the parcel will be returned to us after five (5) working days and we will have to charge you for the cost of the second delivery.
