With growing concerns for the cost of living. We were appointed by the client to provide an effective rainwater harvesting solution that would enable reduced costs of monthly water bills.

Rainwater harvesting was considered at first just to water the garden, but further research enabled the client to understand that rainwater harvesting can be used for toilets and washing machines.

Using our tank size calculator we were able to specify a 7500L system that would be suitable for multiple toilets and garden use during the summer months.

Due to the simplistic process, the client was able to utilise their builder on-site to prepare the ground for installation.

Whilst the works for this renovation are still ongoing, this project demonstrates how rainwater harvesting can be used for many different uses in and out of the home.
