I wanted to write to thank you for the wonderful after-sales service provided by Simon and Tim to fix problems with our rainwater harvesting system in Bicester. Simon came to inspect our system and diagnosed a problem with the pump in the underground tank; Tim replaced the pump and recommissioned the system.

I was really impressed with Simon and Tim’s professionalism, knowledge and patience. They were happy to explain to me what they were doing and worked very efficiently and respectfully. They are kind, well spoken and good at their jobs.
